On the iPhone paired with your watch, open the Stacked AI Fitness Tracker app, go to Profile → Apple Watch / Apple Health, and tap Connect Apple Health. iOS shows a Health permission sheet — allow all categories so your workouts, steps, heart data, and recovery metrics show up. From then on your data syncs automatically every time you open the app.
Open Profile and choose Connect Garmin, then sign in with your Garmin Connect account. Once connected, we sync your wellness and activity data automatically going forward.
New connections can take a little while to backfill, and your watch needs to sync with Garmin Connect or Apple Health first before that data reaches us. If something still looks off after a sync, check that the source app is up to date and the connection is still authorized in Profile.
Your coach reads the data you've logged — workouts, runs, recovery, and nutrition — and uses it to tailor its guidance. The more you log, the better and more personalized the coaching becomes.
You can log food three ways: search for it by name, snap a photo of your meal, or simply describe what you ate. The app analyzes it and estimates the calories and macros for you.
Go to Profile → Edit profile. From there you can export all of your data, or permanently delete your account and everything associated with it.
